Egg carton squirrels or tweezers or tongs

What you do:
Preparation:
Create some egg carton squirrels.
Explain that squirrels love to hide acorns to store them for the winter.
Place acorns on the floor or on the table. Let children use the egg carton squirrels to collect the acorns and carry them to their hidding spot.
Variation: Print out acorn tree printable. Let children place the acorns on the tree. Then, let them use the egg carton squirrel or tweezers to take the acorns off the tree and place it in their hidding place.
