KidsSoup.com, ABCTwiggles.com, and StoryTwiggles.com comprise a set of Web sites and services operated by KidsSoup, Inc., as well as other Web sites like TwiggleMagazine.com, EarTwiggles.com, Preschoolactivitybox.com, Fathersdaycraftbox.com, and Halloweenpartybox.com (collectively referred to hereafter as “our Web Sites" or “our Web Site").

At KidsSoup.com we understand that you care how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting any of our Web Sites you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. 

Information We Collect

The information we collect from you is used for the purposes of responding to requests, granting access to our Web Sites, and communicating with you. It is also used to personalize and continually improve your experience when visiting our Web Sites. Here are the types of information we collect depending on how you interact with us.

Information You Give Us:
With the exception of credit card information, we receive and store the information you enter on our Web Sites or provide by e-mail or telephone. For example, you provide information when you place an order through our online store; provide information in Your Account; communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; connect with us via Facebook; complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form; provide product reviews; and sign up for our newsletter. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; email address; password, credit card information; content of reviews and e-mails to us; and your Facebook profile information.

Automatic Information:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits and granting access to our subscription based Web Sites like the KidsSoup Resource Library, The ABC Twiggles Program, and Story Twiggles.

Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on's settings or visiting the Web site of its manufacturer. We understand that purchasing products online involves a great deal of trust on your part. We take this trust very seriously, and we make the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority.

KidsSoup.com uses industry leading SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your interactions with our store. Once your personal information is received, it is stored in our secure data center. Credit/Debit Cards are securely processed by our payment gateway CyberSource (A Visa Company). Payment information is captured and stored on the CyberSource secure, PCI-certified, data centers and is never transmitted to KidsSoup.com.

Use of information

Your personal information is very important to us and will not be given, traded, or sold to anyone else.

Newsletter:
If you sign up for our newsletter, your e-mail address will be used to send you our free newsletters containing quick and practical tips and ideas for making your job a little easier and activities kids love. You may unsubscribe at any time buy clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. 

Online Subscription Notices:
If you sign up for an online subscription to one or more of our member sites, you will receive e-mail communications regarding your subscription status and other information relevant to your subscription.
