Make Gingerbread Man Twins
Give each child a copy of a blank gingerbread man. Have them color the two as twins so that they match exactly (same color eyes, buttons, same color icing, etc.).

Make a Gingerbread Man
Make a gingerbread man together in the kitchen. Use a gingerbread mix to make your own gingerbread man.

Stir a bowl of gingerbread,
Smooth and spicy brown.
Roll it with a rolling pin,
Up and up and down.
With a cookie cutter,
Make some little men.
Put them in the oven
Till half past ten!

Arts and Crafts:

Gingerbread Man
Print and cut out gingerbread man pattern. Trace onto the back of the sandpaper and cut out. Use white crayon to trace around the outline of the gingerbread man. Rub a cinnamon stick all over the gingerbread man and finish decorating gingerbread man with M&Ms and crayons. Make a hole to the top and attach a ribbon.

Snacks:
Gingerbread man sandwich
Take a gingerbread man cookie cutter that fits on a piece of bread. Cut out the gingerbread shape and spread it with peanut butter. Have children use raisins and M&Ms to decorate.

Gingerbread Houses
Let children construct a simple gingerbread house with some graham crackers, frosting, and a few pieces of candy.
