DIY Light Box
What you need:
Storage container with a clear lid
2 strings of clear Christmas lights
Extension cord
Electrical tape
How to create a simply light box:
With an exacto knife cut a hole at the bottom of the container large enough to push the cord plug through. Add Christmas light inside the box. Add an extension cord and for safety cover the connection with electrical tape. Plug the extension somewhere safe. Place the box in an area with dimmed light.
Add translucent and other items for children to explore and investigate lights, colors, silhouettes, and other things.
