Groundhog Day is February 2nd. The legend says that if Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog, sees his shadow on February 2nd, then there will be six more weeks of winter weather. If he does not see his shadow, then spring is just around the corner. Celebrate Groundhog Day with your kids with some fun Groundhog Day activities, books, rhymes, and crafts.
