What you do:
Draw two circle outlines on blue craft paper. Tear tissue paper in small pieces and glue inside of circles. Cut hat, mouth and nose out of craft paper and decorate snowman. Use punch hole to make small black circles for eyes and buttons. Make snow around snowman with cotton balls. Use thumb prints to make snow falling from the sky.
