What you do:
Paint inside of paper plate blue and outside rim black. Use two cotton make up remover circles to make snowman body and glue on paper plate. Cut nose and hat out of craft paper and decorate snowman. Use punch hole to make small black circles for eyes and buttons. Make snow around snowman with cotton balls. Nice decoration to hang on the wall.
