What you do:
Paint paper bowl green and let dry. Trace and cut head, legs and tail out of brown construction paper. Cut sponge into a small rectangle and stamp brown paint onto the turtle shell. When dry glue head, tail and legs to the bottom of the paper bowl. Decorate head with eyes and draw a mouth. Enjoy!
