Have children paint the paper cups with tempura paint. Fold and cut construction paper in half and cut 4 stripes up halfway each for tentacles. (see pattern). Cut small circles for suction cups and glue onto tentacles. Glue top of tentacle sheet together and sandwich between the two paper bowls. Glue together and let dry.
