Sign up today FREE TRIAL!   Pumpkin Halloween Craft     Paper Bag Pumpkin What you need: Brown Paper Bag Newspaper Orange Tempura Paint Green Pipe Cleaner Black Construction Paper Scissors Glue   What you do: Crumble newspaper and stuff paper bag until half full. Use green pipe cleaner to tie together. Twist left over paper bag into a stem. Use brush to paint paper bag with orange color and let dry.
