Bend and form wire coat hanger into a circle. With wire cutter cut wire by the hook. String leaves on wire until it is tightly packed. Glue and add Halloween decorations, bows etc. to the wreath. To finish up bend open wire around hook to fasten. Use a Halloween ribbon to tie a nice big bow to the top of the ribbon.
