What you do:
Paint both paper plates on the outside green. Cut two nails out of black construction paper. Cut off 1/4 of both paper plate (see picture). Glue nail to the inside of paper plate. Glue both paper plates together, no glue on the opening of bowl. (For extra strength use a stapler). Cut a 1 - 1/2" black strip of black craft paper and make Frankenstein's hair. (see picture below) Glue pompon and eyes on the front. Draw wiggly mouth.
Punch a hole in each side and add a string to hang. Fill it with your favorite candy.
