Sign up today FREE TRIAL!   Easy Cup Ghost Halloween Craft     Cup Ghost What you need: White big Paper Napkin Plastic Cup or Styrofoam Black Construction Paper Scissors Wiggle eyes Black Marker Glue   What you do: This craft is very easy to make even for the smallest hands. Put a generous amount of glue onto the outside and top of plastic or Styrofoam cup. Cover cup with paper napkin and press on cup. Cut two circles out of black construction paper and glue wiggly eyes on top.
