What you do:
Print Flowers emergent reader booklet pages on heavy printing paper. Have children color the pages. Use a stapler to assemble the booklet.

Flower Pot Gift idea
Flower pot printout
Flower stick puppet
Brown craft paper
Flower stickers or craft paper
Black marker
Flower seed packet
Scissors
Glue

What you do:
Print flower pot pattern and cut out. Trace onto brown craft paper and cut out. Add glue to the outside of flower pot but leave the top and bottom open (see pic1.). Fold flower pot and decorate with flowers and draw lines with black marker. When dry, add a flower seed packet and a flower stick puppet (see flower craft section).
To make a Mother's Day card:
Fold construction paper in half and glue flower pot to the front. Print out Mother's Day poem and glue to the inside. Have children draw flowers inside the card.
Dear Mom,
I'm giving you these flowers
For all the things you do,
And when you watch these flowers grow
You'll remember, "I love you."
