What you do:
Cut a 2 1/2 wide stripe of the napkin and cover wooden spoon. Tie pipe cleaner to make the head. Cut craft paper (or fabric) into a 6 1/2" x 4" piece for arms and two pieces at 5" x 4" for the legs. Cut raffia to be at least 8" long. Put a generous amount of glue on the craft paper (or fabric)and lay a bundle of raffia on top of it. Roll craft paper into a tube with the raffia in the middle. Glue legs onto arm piece as shown on picture below. Press flat and let dry. When dry glue or tie arms and legs on wooden spoon. Decorate your scarecrow with craft paper, fabric pieces, etc. Make a hole into a small pumpkin and add finished scarecrow.
