What you do:
Create a large tree out of brown paper. Use eyedroppers to drip different fall colors all over the paper towels. Children love to discover what colors they can make when two or three colors run together. When paper towels are dry, have children trace their hands onto the different colored papers and cut out. Each day, have children think of something that they are thankful for and write it onto the hand/leaf. Glue the leaf onto a tree branch. Glue a sign above the tree that says “We are Thankful For. . .”
