When sticks are dry, create your star frames. Glue 3 sticks into a triangle and glue the remaining 3 sticks into a second triangle. Glue the triangles together with 1 upside down on top of the other to create a 6-pointed star. Cut small pieces of cellophane or aluminum foil and tape the pieces to the back side of the star so the color fills each opening of the star. Cut picture to to fit behind the star and tape it to the back side of the star.
