Cut a rectangle or other shape out of colored craft paper that is at least 1/2" bigger than your picture. Glue christmas picture on paper and decorate with glitter and stickers. Use a punch to make a hole on the top and string a ribbon through. Hang it from your christmas tree or use as gift tag.
